We offer a service of providing access to horizontal liners of oil and gas wells. The service includes removal of mechanical particles and removal of auxiliary equipment previously installed in the liners.
The quality of our work in well cleaning and the absence of accidents and stuck equipment during the work has the effect of drastically reducing costs for customers.
Our unique technology is designed to improve the quality of well cleaning and eliminate the risks of stuck equipment. There are no similar technologies in the world.
Our service leads to a reduction of accidents, emissions and process fluids.
The outcome of our work leads to the extension of well life.
No new wells - no new pollution.
1. Obtaining information about the well from the Customer: Field, logistics, well design and downhole equipment, and work list to be performed.
2.Transportation planning for the delivery of our smooth drill pipes (in this case, 1000meters + 50 meters of reserve).
3. Selection of equipment for work in the well: mills, high-power PDM, filters mounted in a pipe arrangement, check valves, magnets, drilled element catchers.
4. Coordination with the Customer of all operations carried out by us and explanation of technological features, for example - how much liquid the customer will have to bring to the workover team to ensure the process and what equipment should be provided by the workover team so that we can carry out the work and achieve results without wasting time.
5. Delivery and unloading of our smooth drill pipes. Arrival of our engineers to the well. Delivery of our mill, high-power PDM, filters, magnets, check valves. Delivery of pumps to the well.
6. Installation of our equipment in the well, running under our control into the well with periodic testing of equipment.
7. Preparatory work before starting service work - connecting the mechanical rotor to the drill pipe string, causing fluid circulation in the well and working directly on cleaning the liner from equipment previously installed in the well.
8. Confirmation to the Customer of our tool reaching the required depth inside the well. Demonstration of the free movement of our instrument in the interval of our work.
9. Full lifting of all equipment run into the well. Measuring the cutter diameter after work to confirm the completeness of the liner cleaning.
10. Removal of equipment to the next well or base for repair and storage.
11. Registration and presentation for payment to the customer of the scope of work performed by us.
12. Flaw detection, repair, testing of used cutters, high-power PDMs, pipes (performed by a contractor for us).
